Kincoppal Restoration Works

Water Tower:

First Class Slate Roofing was engaged to restore the water tower back to its former glory as it previously had zinc roof cladding, which was installed in the late 70s. Originally, the water tower had Welsh Penryhn slates with lead ridge capping so we undertook the restoration and also restored the cedar doors and capped all the sills in lead.

Health Care Centre:

First Class Slate Roofing was engaged to undertake the roof replacement works at the health care centre. We replaced the roof using Welsh Penryhn slate with new copper valleys and gutters and lead roll top ridge. We also installed bespoke lead vents to give the roof some extra-added ventilation
